Terms & conditions

Last updated: 14 August 2026

1. About these terms

These terms and conditions govern your use of customerservicehub.store (the "website") and our digital marketing support service (together, the "service"), operated by Customer Service Hub.

By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the service.

2. Independence and no affiliation

Customer Service Hub is an independent digital marketing information and guidance service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by or authorised to act on behalf of Google, Meta, Microsoft or any other platform or brand named on this website.

All company names, trade marks and logos referenced remain the property of their respective owners and are used only for identification and descriptive purposes.

3. What the service is and is not

We provide general information and guidance on digital marketing, including SEO, paid search, paid social, websites, email marketing and analytics.

We do not guarantee search rankings, advertising placements, traffic or revenue. We do not provide legal, financial or regulated advice, and nothing on this website should be treated as such advice.

We are not an emergency service. If you believe you are the victim of fraud, contact your bank or provider immediately and report it to Action Fraud.

4. Messages and enquiries

You can contact us by email or through the contact form on the website. We aim to respond to genuine enquiries within one working day. We reserve the right not to respond to messages that are abusive, spam, or unrelated to the services described.

5. Accuracy of information

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate and up to date, but provider contact details, opening hours and processes change. You should always verify details on the provider's own official website before acting.

Content is provided for general information only and does not take account of your personal circumstances.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting false information, using it for unlawful purposes, attempting to gain unauthorised access to our systems, scraping the site at scale, or sending abusive or threatening messages to our staff.

We may refuse to respond to a message, or restrict access to the website, where these terms are breached.

7. Your information

Any personal data you provide is handled in line with our privacy policy and UK GDPR. Please never send us full card numbers, PINs, passwords or one-time passcodes — we will never ask for them.

8. Intellectual property

The text, design, graphics and layout of this website are owned by or licensed to Customer Service Hub. You may view and print pages for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any other reproduction requires our written permission.

9. Third-party links

The website may link to third-party sites. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, or privacy practices. A link does not imply endorsement.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for any loss arising from your reliance on general information provided through the service, including indirect or consequential loss and loss of profit or opportunity.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.

11. Complaints

If you are unhappy with our service, email hello@customerservicehub.store with the details. We aim to acknowledge complaints within two working days and to respond fully within ten working days.

For complaints about an advertising platform or third-party supplier, you should raise the matter with that provider directly. Complaints about UK advertising content can be raised with the Advertising Standards Authority.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to your use of the service. This page was last updated on 14 August 2026.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident elsewhere in the UK may bring proceedings in their local courts.

14. Contact

Email hello@customerservicehub.store, Monday to Friday 9:00am–5:30pm UK time.
